The primary focus of this service is to provide User support and trouble shooting. It is typically provided as an onsite (in your office) service but we can also offer remote support via telephone or utilizing web based services such as GoToAssist.

BIMSolutions recognize that you are under tight deadlines and that it is difficult to take time away from billable work to get the training and assistance you need. We can provide side-by-side mentoring to you and your team that allows you to do actual BIM design and analysis project work while we coach you to achieve optimal results.
